When Sahar inquired about a natural light headshot session I was excited! While natural light environments may not be the first thing that pops into people’s minds when they think about getting headshots, here’s a GREAT example of why they should!
I think an appropriate and stylish outdoor setting helps the viewer more easily relate to a subject on a personal, as well as professional, level. Given how our work/life environments have merged more than usual this past year, the alternative to the typical office setting is more accurate than ever!
And just as important as how we look is how we feel! I think a natural light setting helps make the subject feel more at ease. Feeling relaxed and like yourself during any session will most definitely show through in your images.
